Ing. Stanislav
Staněk
Stanislav is a graduate of the University of Economics with a strong background in international trade and corporate management. After his studies, he founded, together with British partners, one of the first organizations in the Czech Republic to represent British principals with a comprehensive service in the areas of energy, pharmaceuticals and heavy industry. This platform expanded to Slovakia and other Central and Eastern European markets.
In the following 15 years, he worked in the financial sector, focusing on strategic investments, corporate finance and M&A advisory. His expertise includes transaction structuring, asset valuation and negotiation of complex commercial agreements - primarily in the area of real estate portfolios and development projects.
Thanks to his deep market knowledge, international reach and analytical approach, Stanislav today connects the world of real estate and capital with an emphasis on long-term value and strategic sustainability of investments.
Bc. Sandra Staňková
She began her career in the real estate industry in the residential segment, where she spent several years selling and renting apartments, houses and villas. During this phase, she developed a sensitive approach to clients, an eye for detail and the ability to perceive real estate not only as a space, but as a means to change lives. Over time, she naturally moved into the commercial sphere, where she further developed her skills in investment analysis, strategic planning and business negotiations.
Today, she draws from both worlds — combining an understanding of individual client needs with hard data and effective management of business processes. She focuses on comprehensive consulting that is based on trust, expertise and an orientation towards long-term value.
Her work is built on professionalism, transparent communication and consistently meeting the expectations of even the most demanding clients.
Monika Fremuntová
Monika has been working in the world of finance and business consulting for more than three decades. She began her career in the banking sector, where she worked her way up from a personal and corporate banker to a relationship manager for VIP clients. In the following years, she worked in the management of business teams at ČSOB Leasing, Leasing Česká spořitelna and BAWAG Leasing & Fleet, where she focused on the acquisition of key partners and the financing of transport, machinery and technological equipment.
Later, she specialized in structuring business financing at the savings cooperative Artesa, where she worked as a senior business relationship manager. In 2020, she co-founded the fin4business brand, which aims to provide advice in the areas of operating loans, financing of development plans and strategic investment projects.
Today, Monika combines her experience in finance and acquisitions with the world of real estate and development. Her domain is an individual approach, precise work with clients and the ability to find solutions that have real value over time.
